Delayed, but not cancelled.

Last weekend a 5 Rivers spokesperson stated that the Dayton Whitewater Park is currently delayed. This is due to other large projects that 5 Rivers is working on. They stated the funding does exist, and as soon as time allows they will start the project. However, the delay could be 3 years long.
